Return Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at store.darkmatterarmory.com operated by Dark Matter Armory and Precision.  We try to use plain English in this policy to make it easy as possible to understand.

ALL FIREARMS are non-returnable, due to the very nature of our business we can’t take back any firearms period. However, you are covered by our lifetime replacement warranty. There is a small cost involved in shipping and exchange of the firearm, however your firearm will NOT BE repaired you will get a brand new one, so this is actually quite a good deal. You will also likely have to pay your transfer FFL their fee as the new firearm will have a new serial number.

Custom / Special ordered items and work are non-returnable. 

Labor Fees are not able to be refunded.

Stocked Items that we have on hand can be returned within 15 business days, they must be unopened and unused, and come back in their original packaging. You are responsible for the shipping costs. If there were shipping costs to get the item to you, that is not refunded. 

If the product is damaged in any way, opened, or used or you have initiated the return after 15 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. 

Any refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
