Because we sell firearms, and anyone under 18 is not permitted to view the store and as such we must validate that you are at least 18. STATES WE DON'T SERVE AND RESTRICTED STATES 

We are trying to make this as easy as possible, but do to the liberal governments and propensity to allow those citizens to enter into litigation with gun dealers and manufacturers who have nothing to do with anything that a criminal may do with a firearm that was either obtained illegally and/or stolen but sourced from a business that has no physical operation in the state other than we "shipped" a firearm into your state. 

Therefore we have chosen to not do business in the following states period. You will not find your state in the list of states to choose from during billing and shipping process.

  • Colorado
  • Maryland 
  • Massachussets 
  • New York 
  • Washington D.C. (District of Columbia)
  • New Jersey 
  • Connecticut


If you would like for us to reconsider, we suggest that you make your voice heard by voting out the liberal democrats responsible for these below the belt activities. Until such a time we must be hard line and not ship into those states.  

Please check your local laws for restrictions before ordering firearms. This is fully your responsibility, should your state enact a law that we have not been made aware of, we are not responsible, and even if you can't receive it, you still own it. In other words NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES 

We apologize for the inconvenience, and look forward to forming a relationship with customers in those states once the liberals have been voted out.


RESTRICTED STATES

  • Hawaii
    • No "assault style" pistols (ie: Uzi, Tech-9)
    • No SBR's
    • No Handguns with more than 10 round capactiy. 


NOTE:  While we try to keep this list up-to-date, changing laws and lack of communications by state governments makes it nearly impossible to be 100% accurate.  Before making any purchase we suggest that you check with your local firearms dealers and/or law makers. Once we ship a firearm, there is NO RETURNS period. So if you order a firearm, then for whatever reason your state deems is illegal in your state, we can not take it back.
